Not a part of the Rock Springs PTA? No worries! All San Diegans are welcomed to spread the LOVE!
With a $5 donation, you can purchase a heart to help spread awareness for Huntington's Disease throughout our community and raise funds that support the thousands of San Diego families who are impacted by HD. Whether you know someone who is impacted by Huntington's Disease or just want to show support, simply write your name or a special message in the space provided in your heart.
IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PURCHASING
Step1: Purchase your Heart for Huntington's online
Step 2: Click the link to download your heart (it will appear on the confirmation page just after you've purchased the heart)
Step 3: Open the file (which will be a .png), print it, and write your message OR use an editing software (paint, canva, adobe editor)
Step 4: Save the file and send it to sandiego@hdsavolunteer.org
Step 5: Check out our hearts page and Chapter Instagram (@hdsasandiegochapter) to see your heart get posted
Step 6: Post your heart to your own social media, tag us (@hdsasandiegochapter) and help spread the love using #HeartsforHuntingtonsSD
